"Time has run out!" that is OK. But what if Israel attacks Iran and USA does not support it , then Israel has to continue fighting at least for more than one or two months on its own and has to use almost all missiles from its own arsenal.

Who executes it but Romney. But then by that time it may be delayed. So Israel alone has to execute it now.
