If Romney were smart he would make this his campaign message.
-
It seems, that he is standing by his statements.

Romney spoke the truth. Remember this woman?

By the way, latest gallup poll:
GALLUP: OBAMA 47% ROMNEY 46%
what a coincidence
-
These 47% socialists will create too much background clutter in the elections, so that the voice of the truth can not be heard properly.

What's really sad is that nearly 1 out of every 2 people in this country can't support themselves without help from the government. To me, this is a very scary figure and doesn't augur well for the future of the United States. It also means that every one of those people who vote will vote for a Democrat (which we knew already). The irony here is that the one person (Romney) who will better help the 47% get back on their feet is the one person that they won't vote for.
I'm curious about something. Does anyone know what percentage of people in Israel get money from the government? What about Greece? I'm curious to see the comparison.

Go to the CNBC poll at this link (scroll down a bit) and vote that you agree with Romney. Already 76% of 12440 votes agree with Romney as of this post.

I like the numbers in that poll... I believe the numbers are around 24k voting and the % numbers are still in the high 70's

Regarding Greece, since they have socialized medicine, 100% of the people get something from the government. In fact, like it or not, nearly if not fully 100% of people in the US get something from the government. The issue is not what percentage of people get stuff from the government. The issue is what percentage of people who pay no federal income taxes get something from the federal government. And, by the way, even those who have jobs and pay no federal income tax because of a combination of lower income and tax credits actually DO pay taxes to the federal government; social security and medicare taxes are paid regardless of your federal income tax bill. But don't look for Romney to tackle the issue of getting rid of either of those programs.
