Yes, that's exactly what Biden looked like last night... He has the old style Democrat political act down pat and it would be all well and fine if his administration had something to smile and laugh about... Acts like Biden put on last night are designed to play up to the uninformed party hacks it does nothing to convince the undecided and people waiting for meaningful change.
