Ryan should have been a little more assertive and alerted. Biden said some very absurd things, especially when he laughed about the Iranian nuclear program and said it's ok to let them enrich all the Uranium they want because they still don't have a weapon to use it in.

A simple, "Excuse me, Mr. Biden. It's my turn to speak and I would greatly appreciate it if you show me some respect because that's how I intend on act towards the moments you speak irregardless of how ridiculous you sound when you debate."
