They said "Courious Jo-elle" residents. I had no idea what they meant until I saw it was Kiryat Yoel (Which they spell the Ashkenazic way for Kiryat and English way for Yoel - Joel).

That brooklynnotqueens jerk-off really gets me.... I have no problem cursing this hater. He has defaced my youtube page in the past with claims that Chassidic Jews are not Jewish.

Why didn't they apply for a permit? Is it that all the red tape would've taken too long?
