From the people who invented AIDS, it's only natural to expect that they will come up with the solution for it:

And, the president of south Africa says all you need to do to avoid catching AIDS for the first place is taking a shower after sex. Looks like the Atlanta pastor is not well informed, or perhaps he would rather have AIDS then a shower, go figure.
