Literally, he took a hiatus to go to the looney bin, and only people from the looney bin could possibly elect him.

He'll be indicted soon for bribing Blago to give him Obama's vacated Senate seat.  He thought his melanin would protect him.  Then he thought the Mayo Clinic and a b.s. diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder would protect him.  Surprise!!

What's taking so long?   How much do you want to bet he'll be let off the hook?   And how sick do people have to be to elect a creature like this?

Look at Harlemites and Charlie Rangel and Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. before him.  It is an evil culture.  I'm surprised that you're surprised.
