Title: Is this war? Can we please have a sticky thread until this is over?

It's difficult for me to gauge the intensity of the situation because I don't have TV but, from what I'm reading, it seems like this is a war in Israel. Is this similar to Cast Lead? I think we should have a sticky thread for updates and concerns, and I would appreciate it if we did.
