Yacov, you stayed up the whole night waiting for Ask JTF? I don't think that is the best idea. I know how important sleep is as it doesn't come easily for me. I have suffered with insomnia for the last 2 years. I sleep only about 2 night a week. The other nights I usually just hope to but it never happens. I am going to the doctor about it soon.

Yacov, some things aren't healthy and staying up all night is one of those things.
