Hi all,

I am a young man of 35 years of Sephardic Jewish origin living in Paris. French Jews Discussion forums are very rare, and those few still existing , with exchanges null and terribly boring ... We explains in our community as Facebook and Twitter have replaced the forums, but in these networks we have a most people only there to make collection of false friends and engage in activities completely stupid, rather than having exchanges intelligent and constructive ...

I'm in fact looking for a site where exchange with fellow on topics directly related to me as a Jew (Judaism, Bible, Jewish Philosophy ...). I'm not particularly religious, I am traditionalist, but I'm interested to understand my roots.

My interaction with the goyim on other forums about Israel are often unpleasant, because some of them had anti-Semitic rhetoric preset on a striped disk, which prohibits any critical and honest  analysis. I prefer therefore more exchanges appeased, I hope to find here. Myself and my parents are regular readers of Franco-Israeli newspapers such as  Hamodia.

I do not master English very well, and I communicate with you through Google translator! ... Hopefully you will not be bothered by my bad english! ...

Welcome, and don't feel bad. Ephraim is not the only one. I also am a supposed native speaker who throws proper English out the window at the slightest inconvenience.

Thank you for your nice welcoming, especially "112" for its efforts to have answered me in French! ...  I hope that here all the anti-Semites will throw as [censored],  if they we dislike us they have nothing to do in this community, and we have no time to lose in sterile exchanges with them ... So soon I plan to address in parallel two subjects, one related to news the Middle East news, and the other around the concept of secularism in France, that it generates friction with the Muslim minority who are more and more insistent ... I will most likely starting Wednesday, the time to restore my Internet connection after switching from ADSL to fiber optics (I write now a cafe) ...
