Title: Some smelly Jose threatens victim's brother in court

This smelly Jose just couldn't take being rejected.

He appears to be Italian (Giuseppe), not Hispanic, but same difference. He could still get Nuestra Familia or some similar group to carry out his threat very easily. If I were the brother I would attempt to go into hiding or move far away.

I wasn't trying to say that he is a mafioso for sure, but he can doubtless get mafiosos to carry on his dirty work (Italian or Mexican). Personally I would be more afraid of the latter--there are more of them, and have a deeper network.

Personally he works more Mexican he does Italian.
