Title: The New Coalition Legalizes Haredim To Join Workforce

Previously, it was illegal for them to work if they were not in the army. Therefore, Leftists criticized them for living off of government payouts. But lets hope they can get hired. In the US, it's very hard to get a job at simple positions if you're not black. I don't know what they would do Israel. Maybe there is work discrimination against religious Jews in some places. I know some places ask about army service so what about people didn't serve?
