No, make them all go through the whole pageant in a burqa. Then, after declaring the winner, remove the burqa to see what she looks like. It'll be like the old Let's Make a Deal game show. We won't know if we got a prize or a zonk until the curtain goes up.

According to Islam women can't wear bikini that's true. But if you put a wedding dress on a 9 year old girl it's ok to rape her.
