This kind of thing is not rare and it is not only blacks who abuse elder or disabled individuals. I just did a quick little google search and came across several examples in the last few months.
Here two whites are arrested for beating and abusing an autistic man...

Two men were arrested after allegedly beating an autistic San Diego man they had been hired to care for, reports CBS News. The men, Matthew Alexander McDuffie, 27, and Michael Dale Garritson, 61, were hired by the alleged victim's family and had been working for them for two years.
The 23-year-old man who reportedly suffered at the hands of Garriston and McDuffie had incurred bruises on his body, prompting his mother to set up surveillance cameras. San Diego County Sheriff’s Lt. James Bulwark told CBS that the videos showed evidence of “punching, grabbing, shoving, hair-pulling [and] things of that nature."
Both men have had their bail set at $1 million.

Unfortunately, stories of shocking treatment against people with autism are not uncommon -- and sometimes, secret surveillance is the only way to get to the bottom of the abuse if the victim is non-verbal or struggles to communicate. A school bus assistant was caught on camera tormenting a 13-year-old boy with autism on a school bus in Florida. A New Jersey dad wired his 10-year-old autistic son with a digital recorder to catch his teacher and teacher's aide verbally bullying him. And one mom from San Diego, Calif. secretly recorded two beloved caretakers punching and slapping her 23-year-old son with severe autism.
Indeed, a 2012 study from Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore and Johns Hopkins University found that 63 percent of children with autism had suffered from bullying, and that they were three times more likely to be tormented than their siblings without autism.
Even Orientals/Asians are not immune from elder and disabled abuse... This recent case makes it evident:

Three of five defendants accused of abusing a dozen mentally ill men and women and neglecting dozens of dogs in an upscale San Jose neighborhood were arraigned in Santa Clara County Superior Court on Monday, and then they were sent to jail in lieu of $500,000 bail.
Looking frail and walking wobbly, George Dac Nguyen, 72, was escorted from the courtroom by an armed sheriff's deputy. His wife, Jennifer Ngo, 63, and their son, Charles Nguyen, 25, soon followed. They and two daughters in the family face up to 18 years in prison if convicted on charges of dependent adult abuse and animal neglect in the unlicensed group home.
San Jose police arrested the family members in May after discovering a bizarre, nightmarish scene at their home in the upscale Evergreen Valley neighborhood where prosecutors say they sequestered a dozen mentally-ill Asian-American men and women in abject squalor with 25 dogs.
Some of the more lucid victims told investigators that their caretakers beat them regularly, fed them poorly, pilfered their Social Security and disability benefits and sometimes withheld medication for schizophrenia and other severe mental illnesses.
In a courtroom filled with attorneys in suits and defendants wearing everything from Sunday best to baggy jeans, a demure Roman Catholic priest wearing the trademark white collar sat quietly with the Nguyen family before Judge Jerome Nadler sent them to jail.

I think the death penalty is the best thing to do. Also in Holland we have a lot of examples that have to do with this...

One of the truly scary things about aging is being vulnerable to abusive "caregivers." Abusers cut across all races, but I believe blacks particularly enjoy abusing whites. I would never send a loved one to a nursing home where black caregivers predominate. Go ahead, call me a racist, I don't give a spit.

The majority of them do hate us, that's from leftist brainwashing.

I've been to one of those nursing homes where the CNA has a ghetto attitude and saw them using the ebonic language right dan on one of the patients and yelling. Its not about abusing whites its about being rude and not knowing how to behave in society. Honestly, it disgusts me that ghetto blacks (not same as normal functioning blacks) are everywhere in customer service today and completely dissuade me from going anywhere I see them. They either get rude, don't acknowledge you, or stand there and stare anytime you say something and don't have a response.
