Animal cruelty is disgusting.

Animals are God's creatures!!!! They should be respected.

Respecting human life has to mean at some level having a respect for life in general. Human life is of course the most important, but life in general should be respected and especially creatures that are sentient and intelligent like dogs and other mammals (there are sentient/intelligent animals that aren't mammals too). Cheapening life means that you will ultimately value humans less too.

Animals have feelings, and feel pain.  How many would like to lock this man up for doing a dirty deed like this?
