If black monsters don't get jail time for trying to kill a white kid, why would this monster get the death penalty?

What a total and complete monster. She deserves worse than the death penalty. She should be tortured to death. She needs to feel every bit of pain that the parents who lost their children went through, and the children's pain as they were dying.

why was she not executed back then?
