Teens Save Kidnapped Girl

Four Possible Scenarios:
Best Case Scenario: Perp is convicted, sentenced to ten years in prison, serves eight (ideally his whole family would have a date with an old oak tree, but unfortunately "attempted kidnapping" has not carried that penalty in Texas for decades).
Likely Scenario: Perp is convicted, sentenced to four years, serves eighteen months.
Not Unlikely Scenario#1: Perp gets a crack ACLU defense team on his side and he is able to convince a jury of negroes and Aztlanists that he and the girl had an ongoing relationship and he kidnapped her following a fight in which she called him the dreaded N-word. Perp gets off, sues the girl for infliction of emotional distress, and wins.
Not Unlikely Scenario#2: Perp posts bail, and he or his bros (possibly with help in the PD, considering all of the affirmative-action beasts they hire) go and find the girl and finish the job.
