Title: What is the most useless job position in the world?

A reform,conservative, or reconstructionist "rabbi".
A.They can not pasken sheailas & if they they did nobody would listen or the board of directors would give them a pink slip unless they tailor made "rules" according the whims of the big machers.
B.Anybody can perform a wedding,funeral & or arrange a bar-mitzvah.
Being that the cantor is more important than the rabbi in these deviant movements & can perform all the same functions why not just do away with the position of rabbi & save the congregation money?
It certainly makes sense in these financially challenged times doesn't it?

I don't mean to get off topic.... but I think it would be:

the guy who puts a pen mark on the receipt at costco as you leave.
