Title: Is it good that Syria will supposedly handover chemical weapons?

If Syria is going to do this and prevent the US from striking Syria, it's a good thing.  Assad will keep the civil war going and Muslims will keep killing each other minus the dangerous chemicals.

Definitely a YES. That is my only concern about Syria the rest like Palin said..
