Isn't there a problem with this... According to the Constitution the President is also the 'Commander In Chief' of the military forces. Wouldn't any military involved in an uprising against the president be guilty of insubordination?

You are in the military... Isn't it a criminal offense to disobey the orders of a superior?

A military coup to oust all traitors seems like the only antidote to cure America right now. And it will be a whole less bloody than the upcoming civil war.
