Food stamp cards get unlimited cash. The government can't run anything except into the ground.

This is outright theft. At the very least the excess that they stole should be deduced from the future credit on their welfare account.

I heard the problem was due to a problem with Xerox's EBT system and nothing expressly to do with the federal government.

The barbaric theft and destruction of the walmart though is the product of 'entitlement mentality' which is rampant in those kinds of people.
