It is only cyberbullying if you are speaking against one of these.... homosexuality, islam, liberals, blacks, etc.... I am sure I left out a few.

Interestingly, even if you are Jewish you can still have immunity if you are a raving left wing liberal. Liberalism trumps all. Being liberal you CAN say "bigoted" or "racist" things and no one seems to mind that much.
