No..... as Jay Leno once said, they are undocumented democrats.

If someone is doing something illegal - breaking the law, they are committing a criminal act.... right? Would you say someone speeding or parking illegally is committing a criminal act? I personally would have to think about that argument, however I absolutely feel that entering a country illegally IS in fact a criminal act.

Illegals ARE criminals IMO. The degree of criminality..... not sure, depends on he person in question. Some illegals have extensive criminal backgrounds, some are simply trying to find a good job....

My point? There isn't one.
