Title: LOCAL NEWS: You (NYC Taxpayers) are fitting the bill for morons

My short commentary: Their brains are the size of walnuts. Of course they can't pass the test. Burn de Blasio in effigy and run his ass out of office. This is beyond the pale (no pun intended).
