Anyone have any theories as to what the real motive is here? I have heard a few like Harry Reid and Chinese land deal, feds wanting land for development because it has a lot of water underneath it, etc.

It seems to be about States rights versus the Federal Government.

There does seem to be some kind of connection to Harry Reid and the Solar company though. ..
