Hah, that was good :D But he's Swedish, I guess the guy didn't know how to imitate one lol. I don't care, Malmsteen is still one of my favorite guitarists!

Hehe, funny stuff.  There's a similar parody video of Petrucci that I believe is done by the same guy which is even funnier though.  I can't find it though  :-\
