If Israel acts towards G-d with Kerry, G-d will send Kerry as a punishment.

This is the other meaning of Kerry. The previous mention of Kerry was as Ba'al Kerry (Although it doesn't say the word Ba'al Kerry in the Written Torah in Parashat Metzora.).
