According the Current World Population (http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/) there is explanation for all this strange behavior part.
Sheva milliard matayim million, is almost 3 times the 2nd's ww population and almost 4 times from the 1st ww population.
Talking about waves of population's "rules" that becoming "straight" and not in "parallel lives".
