Toward the end of his speech, McRaven mentions "men of great courage," including ML King and Mandela.  That's when I pressed stop.

This speech was so inspiring and empowering....and Montel Williams was too, who is a former vet and now has MS.   McRaven essentially said, never be satisfied...get off your duff and make it happen...what a leader....we still have them....those to be very proud of!
