I searched Google for Nahariya and fags.

Nahariya fags is what I typed.

So Google censors the word fag and changes it to cigarettes. Do they censor kike?

That is because in Britain  & some of the British commonwealth countries a fag is a cigarette.
Only in the US & Canada do they call homos fags.
In Jamaica they are called botty mon or botty boy.
In Israel they are called homoim.
