little ninny savage rides a motorized bike because he just couldn't wait for the ice cream. He slips and is caught under the REAR WHEEL. No way the driver could have avoided that.
He is promptly attacked by local savages.
Sounds perfectly logical and fair.

Being an ice cream truck driver he was probably a Hispanic. The NWO loves to bandwagon Hispanics when the subject is amnesty, but when the turd hits the fan they are promptly thrown under the bus, as George Zimmerman proved.
