Rivlin is turning out to be a huge disappointment & an even bigger piece of drek than his predecessor.....& even uglier, in accordance with Chaim's Ironclad Principle that the more a person distances himself/herself from Kahanism (ie True Torah), so too will their physiognomies become uglier & uglier!
