Try to remember its the Hardest of the Hard left that controls the Courts, Attorney General's office, and State prosecution office before you start celebrating. I have no doubt even if the law was passed it would almost never be used against Yishmaelim but would be twisted to be used against Torah Jews.

First thing I thought of if that, then them sending the pioneers back to New York and giving the land by default.
