... it says you can't suspend them from kindergarten to first grade... kids get suspended in kindergarten? What kind of country do you live in...

And it says only for non violent offences. You have violent kindergarteners?

Because they suspend way to many asians right? It's not fair for the asian students who always get unfairly blamed for misbehavior.

I remember being in the nyc school system. I was the sole Chinese in a sea of blackspanics. and all the teachers were jewish.
I remember once the black janitor came in and pointed his finger at me and said "this kid is the only one who wants to learn anything".
