Ataturk and the Young Turks may have had part-Jewish Donmeh-Sabbatean ancestry. Ataturk would often recite the Shema in Hebrew.

Why would they put up a memorial for him,what did he ever do for Jews?

He only did what he believed best for Turkey yet it so happened to be pretty beneficial to the rest of the world as well.

Domeh are like anusim, Sabbateans are evil.And yes i read that atarturk was of Domeh descent and once was seen saying shema
