Chaim said it would embolden the brothas and there would be rioting in the streets.   It took some time to get going, but Chaim was right.

Was he ever!  And what's sad is that if either of these criminals had simply allowed the police to do their jobs, then both criminals would be alive and well.  These anarchists, of course, don't see it that way.
