This guy is still playing the United States government for a bunch of suckers... He convinces them to give him hormone treatments and starts dressing as a woman which I am almost sure makes it impossible for them to put him in the general population at Leavenworth... He looks like he'd have been the belle of the ball  in general lock up since he looks like a little girl in an army uniform to start off with anyway... The article didn't say if he was fixing to have anything chopped off so all this is a very temporary life choice more than likely one that would keep him in a section of the prison where he will not have to suffer the rigors of abusive cellmates.
