This same so called Church has a track record of being very anti-Israel. It's not surprising in the least that they are now taking an evil position regarding marriage/ homosexuality.

Presbyterian Church to allow gay weddings

The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) approved a change in the wording of its constitution to allow gay and lesbian weddings within the church.
The 171 regional presbyteries voted to change the wording to call marriage a contract “between two people, traditionally a man and a woman,” instead of “between a woman and man.”
The change will be introduced in the churches Book of Order, part of its constitution, and will take effect June 21. The amendment is not entirely binding, though, as pastors have discretion in whose weddings they may conduct, so pastors are not compelled to conduct a wedding against his or her judgment.
The Rev. Chase Peeples, an adjunct professor of religion at Missouri Western State University, said the amendment is a great way of showing acceptance that is preached in the Bible.
“Very few verses in the Bible — only a handful in an ancient understanding of sexuality — is not something for all time, but rather was a sign of what people thought when the Bible was written and how they understand things,” Rev. Peeples said. “I think that the witness of LGBT Christians has demonstrated that they are trying to be faithful to be committed to be in covenant.”
The Rev. Peeples said he believes, based on the history of the church that more will follow the trend of accepting same-sex marriages.

It is amazing how idolatrous the major faiths have become. Instead of worshipping the creator of everything, blessed is he, they all are worshipping themselves. If faith requires them to do or believe something which doesn't sit with their animalistic souls then they jetison the faith, and reform it into a self-worshipping form of idolatry.
The word of Hashem was, is, and always will be the will of the G-d of Israel, the loving King of all Creation. Regardless of whether these idolators realize the error of their sins or not, they will be judged.
