Title: Is Michael Savage going crazy?

I have to ask the question, his conspiracy theories are getting crazier by the day. I listening to his show twice this week and he said that Scientology is a good religion but the media is against it only because their liberals. He also claimed Scientology cured his headaches when he was younger. Why does he feel the need to defend such an obvious cult?

He isn't going crazy.  He is crazy.  And, obviously, he defends that insane cult because he, too, is insane.

Scientology is part cult part a scam. Maybe it appeals to Michael Savage because of its opposition to psychiatry and psychiatric drugs. It affirms his crazy belief that he is not crazy.
