You know, I don't entirely judge what this woman has done. This is someone who was going to struggle with their weight their entire life no matter what--I can't really blame her for deciding to go the other route than fighting it. Also, she probably has fairly limited career and income options open to her. Yeah, it's gross, but there are bigger outrages in the world.

I think she may be able to be mostly healthy while she's young but when she gets older it will catch up to her.
