Title: Blacks Say Black Man In Baltimore Died Becuase He Didn't Run Fast Enough

Some schvartza said on FOX that the dead black criminal in Baltimore died because he didn't run fast enough from the police. That's not the reason. The real reason is that he didn't surrender to the police seeking his arrest. The violent encounter wouldn't have happened at all if he didn't run in order to resist arrest.
