He said it so that he can gain non-Jewish support for Israel over Terroristine, and he gives them land so he can get non-Jewish support for Israel. Non-Jewish opinions are more important to him that Jewish blood.

Desipite all the things we can say it's about, it was good of him to do it and saying that had a good effect. Now, if those words turn to actions, he'll have done something real.
