When I woke up I went on the computer and saw that he was released around 4:00 AM. I guess it was so he could reach New York before Shabbat. The article Shlomo posted said he went with his wife by car from the prison in North Carolina.

When I first saw it I had to read twice. I thought it was another click-bait. But every news outlet says its so. And I saw one where he and his wife are together - greatly aged of course.
