I think he probably wants to be a dictator himself but even if he wanted that there are too many checks and balances to let him actually do that. I think that's also what Obama wanted. Obama did do a lot of damage but not as much as if he were actually a dictator like he wanted. Hopefully Trump will be  less damaging than Obama if he does get in.
