Title: No running mate yet for Trump
Post by: Joe Gutfeld on May 06, 2016, 04:04:57 PM
I'm not surprised that no one in the Republican party want to be Trump's running mate.  The reasons are plenty.  First, Trump was insulting everyone in the party, then donated money to the Clinton foundation, and had the Clintons came to Trump's wedding.  That's why no one is willing to be Trump's running mate.

I doubt anyone would want to be his running mate.

There are plenty of Democrats to choose from.
I doubt anyone would want to be his running mate.

Do you really believe that? The dust is still settling and when it does you might end up being quite surprised... At this point none of the possible prospects wants to seem to anxious and then get bypassed... As far as the so called Republican party goes Ryan and company got just what they deserved... They are nothing but and extension of the P@rch Monkey Administration and people finally see them for what they are... Ryan, Romney and the Bush families  lack of support for Trump is actually a boost.

PHOENIX (KPHO/KTVK) -

Former Arizona Governor Jan Brewer isn't ruling out the possibility of being selected as Donald Trump's running mate.

She tweeted out that she would be willing to be considered for the vice president nomination for the Republican party.

Brewer went on CNN's "State of the Union" and told Jake Tapper that she would be willing serve in any capacity if Donald Trump wins the November election.

She also said aside from herself, Newt Gingrich would top her list of vice president nominees.

Brewer has been a Trump supporter for months. She officially endorsed him for the Republican nomination back in February. She has said Trump "will secure our borders, defend our workers and protect our sovereignty."

Vice president speculation has been heating up since Trump has become the presumptive Republican nominee for president. Trump reportedly is looking for a Washington insider.

"I'll probably go political route, somebody that can help with legislation, somebody that can get things passed, somebody that's been friends with senators and congressmen," he told MSNBC's Morning Joe last week.

Trump has said he is open to considering former rivals Marco Rubio and John Kasich.

But the feeling isn't mutual for Kasich, as he has said there was "zero chance" he would run with Trump.

Trump told the New York Times he plans to reveal his vice presidential pick sometime in early July before the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.

Well, Many view Trump as political poison.    Would a true Conservative stand with him as VP?  Another good question?

At least Cruz called out the Republicans for not doing what they promised.  Trump doesn't care what they promised.

I think Christie wants it very badly.  Of course, Trump can't be THAT stupid as to pick him.

Even if Donald Trump doesn't pick Chris Christie as his running mate,  there's real risk that Trump will nominate Christie as Attorney General if Trump wins the 2016 general election.   The same Christie who supported the Ground Zero Mosque and appointed an especially problematic Muslim Judge in New Jersey.
