I'm pretty sure he was talking about the woman of beautiful form in Parashat Ki Tetzeh. There's actually a procedure to calm down his lust before actually having relations with her. She is required to shave her head and grow her nails long and ugly and then if she still wants her, he is permitted.

I once heard people accusing the IDF of being racist for not raping Arab women because they're not Jewish since they don't want to sleep with Non-Jews. So either way they are accusing the IDF of wrong doing. I think Jewish soldiers shouldn't defile themselves by raping Arab women. The Arab women just like the Arab men don't deserve any mercy.

They also claim the government is moving far Right. What a joke!

I read a few years back about how the left considered the IDF racist for not raping fakestinian women.
