Even from a football standpoint, Colin Kaepernick's career has steadily being going downhill. His accuracy and decision making as a Quarterback has been problematic. He also refused to gut it out last season when he could have apparently waited to have surgery in the off-season. He alienated many teammates.

Because of Colin Kaepernick's actions against the Packers regarding his total disrespect for the U.S. National Anthem, it's safe to assume that some of his teammates want him off the 49ers roster ASAP. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if a 49ers Offensive Lineman, Tight End, or Running Back purposely misses a block in order for Kaepernick to get creamed by an opposing Defensive player. Though Blaine Gabbert, the other 49ers QB of note is clearly not the long term solution, at least Gabbert is well respected by his teammates in terms of being a team player. Head Coach Chip Kelly has a nightmare on his hands whether he wants to come to grips with it or not.
