The above article by Rabbi Tzvi Rimon discusses the concept of refraining from certain activities that might lead others to sin.
This is a big topic and the article above is just one aspect of this bigger question.

If a person is in a difficult situation in particular, he should contact a rabbi to find out what loopholes exist for someone who needs to supply a wicked person with materials which might potentially be used for a sin against G-d (Chas Ve'shalom).
