Military court rules Arab PLO security officer fired on car in which Israeli was killed, but said that there was “no proof” that the bullets he fired killed victim; while an Israeli soldier was sentenced to prison for killing an Arab terrorist caught in the act of stabbing an innocent Jew.

That is insane, each and every one of the shooters is equally responsible since they jointly opened fire with intent to kill.
