Title: Chicago murder rate under obama reign

800 homicides last year, on track to beat it this year.

But homicides have been rising in the Us in the last two, whats your thoughts on chicago, baltimore, atlanta crime rates rocketing up?has obama improved black lives in 8 years?

Is chicago the worst area of america? Or do you rate baltimore, camden, philly worse?
